• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Golden, CO (required);
• Business Analyst experience (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);
• Experience working in education (3+ years);
• Experience leading education-focused research and assessment (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);
• Experience in Survey Design & Product Development;
• Experience in technical writing;
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Public school system experience (5+ years);
• Professional certification in education (ex: teaching license);
• Professional certification in Business Analysis or CAPM accreditation;
• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in education, social sciences, or a related field

• Document requirements, business processes and data flows through multiple IT systems;
• Support the migration of a legacy data warehouse into an enterprise data warehouse;
• Work initially with stakeholders from multiple departments to document current-state business processes that are used to produce key reports, and map the associated data flows;
• Be responsible for

1) proactively identifying project risks,

2) resolving those risks within your span of control,

3) escalating project risks outside your span of control promptly.
